CONFIGURE YOUR OWN DREAM CASE
With our Customer Counselors and Sales Agents you will define your custom case step by step. Based on the given options you will be able to define every single part of the case. Our cases are highly customizable, in size, kind of leather used, by picking colors and materials you like. We can almost get every material on the market to use it for your new GD Luxury Case.
REQUEST A NON-BINDING OFFER
Based on the configuration created with one of our Sales Agents you can request a non-binding offer and cross-check all items and all details. Don`t hestitate to ask for an adjustment of the offer at any time if needed. We want to make sure that every single item is according to your wishes and to your completely satisfaction.
RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL OFFER
Based on the configuration and design defined for your new GD Luxury Case, we`ll send your an official calculation sheet and our Offer Letter per email and we keep promise to stay commited to this offer for 4 weeks. This will give you enough time to deside and to pull the trigger for the order.
APPROVE THE OFFER PER EMAIL
After you have checked the Offer Letter and you agreed to the stated conditions you have to approve your order in written per email. We`re going to provide you the Order Confirmation Letter, the Payment Instruction Papers and all details about the next steps of your case production. You will also receive a rough time line for the production lead time.
PAY A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR NEW CASE
For cases without customazation we are charging a deposit of min. 50% of the endprice. For custom cases with individual embroideries or other features we are charging a deposit of min. 75%. You can either pay via PayPal or Bank Account Transfer. After the payment has been booked, we will start the production process of your new GD Luxury Case.
GET READY TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW GD CASE
We will manufacture your case within 3-4 weeks and provide you a regular status of progress. After finishing you will receive HQ-pictures or videos of your new GD Luxury Case for approvement. After you have checked it, you have to approve it and to provide us the rest of the payment. We will prepare your case for shipping and immediately bring it to the postal office. After shipping you will receive the tracking information.
